[日式炒烏龍麵Japanese Stir-fried Udon]

Super simple, 10 mins meal! Can usewhatever ingredient you like with a nice sauce. Easy and yummy!
Ingredient:
1 pack Udon
Whatever ingredient you feel like
(I use bean sprouts, fish cake, mushroom and sausages)
Sauce:
1 Tbs Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbs Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Method: Heat the pan with oil, cook the meat first, then the vegetable of your choice. Add the udon and ingredient of the sauce, mix it well for 3 mins, Done!
